Chili con Darwin is a suspicious looking but surprisingly tasty blogzine mixture of science, politics, humor, art, literature, philosophy and beans. It is mainly cooked by Mexican writers and artists who want to share their work and views about the world without hiding themselves behind the comfy shield of cultural relativism (so please feel free to criticize both our ideas and our English). It includes a section in Spanish not because we believe there are things that can only be communicated in our native language but because we want to encourage our friends who only speak English to overcome their laziness and become bilingual. The topics are universal and varied but we particularly like to pick fights with creationists, pseudo-scientists, fanatics, conspiracy theorists, snobs and everybody who thinks the Da Vinci Code is fact rather than fiction. Welcome but watch out, it may not be easy to digest.
